TROOP 531
eagle scout
service projects

Eagle Scout service projects are leadership-focused community service efforts where a Troop 531 Scout plans, leads, and executes a project benefiting a religious institution, school, or community, with ideas ranging from building park benches, playgrounds, or trail improvements to organizing book drives, veteran support, or digital literacy workshops for seniors, emphasizing impact and the Scout's leadership role, not just manual labor. These projects are one the primary requirements for a Scout at Life rank on his path to earning the highest rank of Eagle Scout.
