Archery Month!

Hi Scouters, this month is archery month! To kick it off this week Mr. Darnell led a presentation of some really cool bows, including compound hunting and target shooting bows and a traditional recurve. We learned about scopes, sights, stabilizers, and many bow parts like the frame and risers. Most Scouts even got to draw back a smaller bow, and learned enough to qualify for the first requirement of the archery merit badge. Thank you Mr. Darnell, as well as helpers Elias and Evan.
