531 Springs into March!

Invasive Species Project (03/15/2025). Our scouts participated on an Invasive Species Removal at White Tank Mountain Regional Park. Scouts learned how to identify several invasive species, their phenology and characteristics, and how to effectively remove these invasive plants.

March Camp – Heard Scout Pueblo (03/28/25 – 03/30/25). Troop 531 camped at the Heard Scout Pueblo for part of their Sports theme month. The Scouts played gaga ball, threw a football, and played whiffle ball while at camp. After lunch, the boys headed to Ma-Ha Tauk Park for some basketball, soccer and sand play. An ice cream van stopped by and some of the Scouts enjoyed a refreshing treat.

Sports Day at Victory Lane (03/31/2025). We finished off the Sports theme month with a day at Victory Lane. We played a variety of sports like kickball, baseball, football and some of our parents played a little cricket. It was a great Troop meeting. Having fun and making fun memories. What a great way to leave the month!
